Authentication Indicators Based Bio-Detection Function with Text-based CAPTCHA

Currently, it is unavoidable of typing CAPTCHA (Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computer and Human Apart) before accessing to the Internet. This technique mostly can distinguish bots from human being. Thus, the system is protected from any unwanted persons or programs. There are various researches proposed several of CAPTCHA techniques to protect bots. These are such as Text-based CAPTCHA, Audio-based CAPTCHA, Image-based CAPTCHA or Puzzle-based CAPTCHA. However, those techniques are able to block only automatically program but cannot protect system from illegal users. Therefore, this study suggests the combination of human biometrics and CAPTCHA system to protect this serious problem. As a result, the new CAPTCHA is not only classified human from bots, but also distinguishable the authorized person from intruders.
